The Best Way to Rescue a Stranded Dog?

Millie is a solid, autonomous female. A Russell terrier and whippet blend, she's little, shrewd, and exceptionally fast, and this week she chose to take herself on an experience.

The little canine got out of her choker while on a stroll in Havant, England, and put the entire neighborhood into search mode. At last, little Millie was situated down on the mudflats, in up and coming peril of being overwhelmed by the infringing tide, The Guardian reports.

Nearby observers, cops, firemen, and surprisingly the coast watch attempted to cull the little pupper from the mudflats, however Millie wasn't having any of it, moving ceaselessly and avoiding herself at all costs.

That was when Chris Taylor, the seat of the Denmead Drone Search and Rescue group, thought of a thought sufficiently insane to work: a wiener drone.

"One of the nearby occupants around the ocean where we were flying from provided us with the wieners I think they were from Aldi," Taylor told The Guardian. "The lady concocted them for ourselves and we joined them with string."

Adequately sure enough, subsequent to connecting the wiener to the robot by means of a string and flying it out over the mudflats, little Millie was captivated to the point of following the weaving frankfurter to higher ground. Still restless, Millie kept on repelling endeavors to corral her until she was driven significantly further inland and recognized her mother, Emma Oakes, and her dad, Tony. Concluding she'd most likely had sufficient experience for one day, Millie raced to her kin and hopped up into Tony's arms, all set home where, probably, there would be non-flying wieners.

"Millie truly enjoys food and she'll eat anything you give her … crude carrots, cucumber-however she very much wants frankfurters," Oakes told The Guardian. "Meat is her cherished food, so hanging a wiener was likely the best thing they could bait her with."

You and me both, Millie. You and me both.
