Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), otherwise called the State leader's Lodging Plan, is an administration driven drive to give reasonable lodging to the metropolitan poor in India. The plan was sent off in June 2015 by Head of the state Narendra Modi. The essential goal of PMAY is to give a 'pucca' house to all qualified families residing in metropolitan regions by 2022. The plan offers two parts: * Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Metropolitan (PMAY-U): This part is for the financially more vulnerable segments (EWS) and low-pay gatherings (LIG). The public authority gives a sponsorship of 60% and 90%, individually, for the development of a house under this part. * Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Reasonable Lodging in Organization (PMAY-AHP): This part is for center pay gatherings (MIG). The public authority gives an endowment of 30% to the development of a house under this part. Under PMAY, the public authority has set an objective of building 2 crore (20 million) houses by 2022
